Austin leads Ascendyn Advertising as Owner and Director of Advertising, where he merges direct response copywriting with strategic media buying to drive maximum ROI for clients. Having managed over 8 figures in advertising spend across dozens of different verticals, Austin brings a depth of experience that allows him to quickly identify what resonates with different audiences.

His distinctive approach to advertising draws from his journalism background, including his time as National Review's Senior Content Manager and William F. Buckley Fellow. His writing has been featured in respected publications like The Hill and National Review.

Austin's diverse industry experience enables him to craft campaigns that turn prospects into customers, with a particular focus on home and auto services where trust and immediate response are critical to success.

Nicholas serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Ascendyn Advertising, where he manages and keeps campaigns moving from strategy to execution. He built his career from the ground up — starting as a Marketing Assistant and advancing to Marketing Project Coordinator — developing a strong foundation in copywriting, press releases, and media relations along the way. As a key point of contact for media partnerships, he has helped launch dozens of campaigns, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

A Coachella Valley native, Nicholas earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Montana — a thousand miles from home, and worth every mile. That combination of academic training and real-world experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on strategy, client relations, and campaign management, along with a clear understanding of what clients need before they have to ask for it.

Deidre leads the client experience at Ascendyn Advertising, where she translates her background in C-Level executive support and human resources into a seamless, high-touch onboarding process. Having navigated complex roles in legal operations, medical quality control, and community management, Deidre possesses a rare ability to understand diverse business models at a glance. She ensures that every client engagement is rooted in professional excellence and operational precision from the very first interaction.

A native of Los Angeles and Orange County, Deidre brings a sophisticated, hospitality-focused energy to her new home in the desert. Her passion for connection is matched by her love for the arts, whether she is exploring museums or practicing her craft as a costume designer and seamstress. Cocoa Yack

Cocoa is Ascendyn Advertising's Director of Good Times. Her daily responsibilities include demanding belly rubs during client calls, stealing Austin's lunch when he's not looking, and providing thoughtful tail-wagging commentary on creative campaigns.

With years of experience in treat negotiation and tennis ball acquisition, Cocoa brings a unique perspective to the advertising world. She's particularly skilled at detecting when someone needs a cuddle break and has never met a deadline she couldn't make more enjoyable with a well-timed nap under someone's desk.

When she's not busy supervising the mailman or conducting important sniff research around the office, Cocoa can be found perfecting her "innocent face" technique for maximum treat procurement. Her motto: "Work hard, nap harder, and always check the floor for dropped snacks."

Cocoa is a certified K9 Good Citizen.
